The sharpness of both blade & knife point is much appreciated.

As a disclaimer, i own a large quantity of dalstrong knives and kitchenware, and i am very pleased with all of them.

It slides through food with little resistance.

I'm a big bbq guy and when i present my protein, butchering, slicing, shredding, chopping, and cutting are part of the experience.

Price

This was an amazon warehouse deal at a very attractive price.

Only complaint is for the money i expected it to be sharper.

Now i have a wustoff, a zwilling and a dexter boning knife that cost 2 or 3 times as much and could do the job just as well.

Shipping

On a different order i had to avail myself of dalstrong customer service due to an amazon shipping error.

Packaging/appearance

As i stated early, it is very sharp out of the box, as usual the packaging is fantastic and makes for amazing gifts.

The packaging was a mess but that was noted in the description & the knife was otherwise new & perfect.

Competitiveness

As with most dalstrong knives it out performed its price.
