Pros

Very sharp and solidly made. Good quality steel to renew the edge. Holds a sharp edge. Like the thickness of the handle - serrated edge - weight.

A little heavy for a paring knife but is really balanced nicely in my hand. When you want a great, nicely balanced & weighted knife, this is it!

Overall it is a nice knife and i will be ordering more dalstrong knives. Gorgeous knife, great ergos, nice fit and finish. Will be buying another.

This makes a great versatile knife for everyday use. Especially good for older people with arthritis. Truly a gem in the kitchen.

The serration is extremely aggressive. On some tough skinned fruits or vegetables it wants to grab rather than cut. It cuts 3 inch salami like cutting butter.

Cons

An exceptionally merchandised yet totally inferior knife. Dahlstrong might be served well to learn how to sharpen their knives. Definitely dissatisfied with this product.
