I am swapping out all of my henkle knives for dalstrong the quality is far superior they are razor sharp and that way 10 times longer.

This knife is top-notch quality and i'm sure i'll be using it for a very long time.

The chef i worked for recommended dalstrong knives after buying one of the shogun series theyre a little out of my price and needs range but the gladiator series is not
