Pros

A professional chef, this knife sets me apart from the rest of the chefs in my line of work. Other than that my only other gripe is the blade guard.

Wickedly sharp right 'out of the box'. Very sharp. Easley to sharpen to keep sharp.

As much as i love the finish though im not looking forward to sharpening it since its very likely the coating will come and show silver streaks making it unsightly
