I have wusthof classic knives and it is comparable to their sharpness.
Great knife, as you’d expect from dalstrong.
I think its a good compromise between the two world.

Only used it for a week but so far love it cut frozen steak shank so easily and hamburger so easily i had to find a place to store it as it didnt fit in my knife drawer but thats ok
