Many other knives even though super sharp will fray your ribs and make them look ugly or pull them off the bone this knife does not do that

While this knife is extremely sharp andn the design of it is fantastic for the price its lacking in the ergonomics department the handle is a little fat and if it gets any grease or moisture it becomes very slick
