Pros

Slicing knife is pure quality. Went through the brisket like butter. The blade has the springy flex you need, but it's still robust.

This knive is amazing. Great quality, nice craftsmanship. Dalstrong delivers again!

The quality of all of dalstrongs knives is exceptional for the price point. We have the serrated steak knife set for four and they are some of the best knives we own. The sheath that comes with it is a nice touch.

Wow, what a carving game changer. Knife is really sharp and was easy to clean and put away. Comes beautifully packaged, and it is sharp as a razor.

Cons

It is just mediocre to me. The blade is not heat treated well. My big disappointment stems from the fact that the knife itself wasn't as sharp as i expected.
