Pros

Dalstrong produces one of the best products for price, and completely exceeded my expectations on all of the items i have purchased from them. Cuts through a steak like hot butter. The only think i don't like is how easily they scratch.

Cons

These are not very sharp out of the box, blade is thin and they seem very poor quality. For the money, they consistently out perform their price.

For decades we've ripped through our meat with crappy serrated steak knives.

Price

Glad to find a reasonably priced set that includes 8 total that wasn’t serrated!

The price is usually a big jump and these are a great value.

Be nice to get the set for, say, $15 less and not have the knife holder.

You may pay a little more, but it is worth every penny.

Competitiveness

Compare this to a set of four wusthof hc steel steak knives and you'll be really happy.

I even bought a couple of other slightly less expensive sets, and returned them both because they looked or felt cheap.

I will never buy another brand and highly recommend!

The german makers are usually the best.
