Pros

They appear to be great quality, good heft and a comfortable handle. Each blade has its own sheath and they look great on the table.

Cons

Made in china, the quality of the blade steel is awful. Short handle and longer blade make these awkward to hold.

One was chipped right out of the box. still being shipped dull irks me a lot.

It's a shame because they look and feel really well made. Got them today and noticed that they were shipped dull. They’re not that awesome.

Worst part is that the handles were not alighted at all. It basically felt like rubbing sandpaper when you run your fingers across it. Sharpening is required after only one meal.

These knives are beautiful to look at, but the serrations on these knives are way too deep or the teeth are too large. The serration's teeth catch and snag on the meat as i'm trying to slice which tears and shreds it rather than slicing/cutting it. Be... Read More

While my search to replace my wolfgang puck knife set turned up no luck i finally went with wusthoff gourmet.

I recently purchased a set of dalstrong steak knives, i had an issue with one of the four knives.

All my knives are from high-end makers like wusthof.
