Pros
They appear to be great quality, good heft and a comfortable handle. Each blade has its own sheath.
They come with their own protective sleeves and i replace them in the sleeves after each use and cleaning. Great name. Strong logo.
Cons
The rivets in the handle are not flush meaning these knives are simply punched out of a stamp, metal, handle and all. The short handle coupled with the longer blade make these awkward to hold. Now i know why so many youtube chefs pump these knives.
The serration's teeth catch and snag on the meat as i'm trying to slice which tears and shreds it. Because these aren’t serrated, the steel quality and durability show how terrible this steel is. Skip these and get their straight edge knives.
Customer service suspects that i might have received a set that weren't properly sharpened which led to the performance i was getting. The sheath seems to make it worse. Sharpening is required after only one meal.
Was extremely disappointed in the actual performance of these. They were shipped dull. They’re not that awesome.

Great knives, nice weight in the handle and very sharp.
Dalstrong steak knife set, they are sharp and will hold edge a long time.
Before every use they should be lightly deburred with a sharpening steel.
Just sharpen every 6 months or so, and touch up lightly before each use.
Price
A very good steak knife at a reasonable price.
I was not spending $600 on four knives.

Update: i reached out to dalstrong's customer service, and was floored by the prompt, helpful response from them.
Packaging/appearance
Bought these as a christmas present- they came in great packaging and feel super sturdy.
I was a little afraid the red might be too casual a look, but they are beautiful!
Dalstrong; such a nice case requires better packaging for shipping!
Simple brown envelope for an international trip is not top notch!
