Pros
Used these knives last night with my red& white checked napkins and a white tablecloth. The wood handles remain beautiful, the knife edge as sharp as when purchased.
Worth every penny. Very close in appearance to the classic icon series. They look andamp; feel like the ones i’ve seen & used at the expensive steak houses in my area.
The blades are comparable to the wusthof for initial sharpness. One straight n one serrated. These take a good edge when sharpened.
Cons
The serration is way too deep and the teeth are too large which causes the serration's teeth to catch and snag on the meat as i'm trying to slice.
Buyer beware and spend your money elsewhere. Cons:1) one was chipped right out of the box.
It's a shame because they look and feel really well made. Got them today and noticed that they were shipped dull. They’re not that awesome.
Customer service suspects that i might have received a set that weren't properly sharpened which led to the performance i was getting. Steel is very flimsy and a steak knife should never flex like a filet knife. The sheath seems to make it worse.

Packaging/appearance
Dalstrong; such a nice case requires better packaging for shipping!
Simple brown envelope for an international trip is not top notch!
