Great knife very sharp right out of the package!
Automatically started cutting up large roasts we had in the freezer using the dalstrong and considers this knife one of his favorites now.
Competitiveness
Purchased this knife because i had heard really good things about the dalstrong products.
This knife saved me from spending an exorbitant amount money for a damascus steel knife which i believe are way over priced imho.
I have two other knives that are fine from dalstrong.

This is quite trivial but the blade cover sleeve is easy to put on backwards and you then got to slip it
