The blade itself is very straight, very sharp and has no noticeable uneven grinds or bevels. It's razor sharp coming out of the most beautiful packaging i have seen.
Dalstrong excels for its beautiful and well-done knives. Very comfortable, good balance and the block itself is as pictured (some said it was darker.
