Squeaky and i are very happy with this safe for eyes interactive cat toy.
The laser light reflects off of the small, built in mirror, avoiding direct contact with the cat's eyes.
My cat who has to be near me all the time, who cries when i'm in the shower is on her own playing in the hall with the light!
Price
Runs for hours and a very good price.
Packaging/appearance
Bonus is that it comes in a box too small for her to fit in, so she actually plays with the toy instead of the packaging!
Competitiveness
Charging it via a micro-usb takes an hour or two and it has a blinking status light that turns solid once it's fully charged.

Within 20 minutes of use it started making a clicking noise

The two sides have sort of an angled face that interlocks with each other making the laser pointer turn

The plastic is also so cheap and brittle that simply snapping it back together later on often resulted in broken clip holes

Unfortunately with all of this disassembly and reassembly one of the wires became weak just above the solder and broke off

It you dont want to bother taking it apart to fix it dont buy it
