Pros

Build quality of the belt and especially the buckle is superb. The belt fits perfectly and doesn't rely on holes in the belt for sizing. My only complaint is that i can't purchase just the buckles. My fiancee wears it every single day.

The ratcheting design on this belt eliminates that problem. No problem - let out a couple of notches. Add 9 to your waist size.

Cons

The finish is cheap garbage. What a miserable purchase. Nobody wants to smell like wet mildew while they are working a professional job.

The company just needs to do some qc. After about 6 months the pins fall out. The teeth on the buckle that grip into the belt got worn out and would just fail. One of the pins was lost.

The belt keeps popping off the buckle recut the belt like 8 times, ran out of room. If you so much as look sideways at the buckle it scuffs and smudges. Then it pops open wider.

Overall good product especially for the price.

This belt is actually a little better quality than i expected for the price!

I got the see-through buckle (36-222447) instead of feeling for the button on the bottom to release, you simply pull forward on the buckle.

The belt has premium packaging, as if a much more expensive brand.
