Cons
Darn tough socks are an absolute joke. Bought these because of reviews but very disappointed. Only buy these if you want your new hobby to be hand-washing and line-drying your socks. Would not buy this again.
Neither the xl nor the xxl come anywhere close to fitting. The heel of the sock is way too high, not over my heel but about 3-4 inches higher. The ankle-to-heel bend is nowhere near big enough.

To be fair the trail was fairly damp but i did no stream crossings or big puddles etc
