Pros

These are the best socks to take traveling. Great weight, providing a good balance among cushioning, breathability, and warmth. These fit the bill albeit they are pricey.

The size l socks fit my size 11. The toe area is smooth and seamless. They pair exceptionally well with my ankle-high boots. I strut around feeling like a runway model, except the runway is my living room.

Darn tough socks seem to last forever. Their lifetime warranty contributes to their durability. The only hole in the socks was caused by a darn parrot.

Cons

Is too much money for something that isn't as durable as a name brand. Build quality is mediocre. For me they are completely unusable and will be sent back.

The 'cushion' area inside the sock is a little short on the backside of the heel. This leads to the sock bulging and being uncomfortable when the bulge rubs between my shoe and my skin. Also the stiching in the corner of the toes bunches up badly.

Neither the xl nor the xxl come anywhere close to fitting. There is no way these are ment for size 9 which is in the middle of the range. The rest if the sock is probably sized for a foot of size 16+.
