The colour is great too (grey and navy). It is so pretty. This is the most complimented bag i've carried in a long while!
The handles are padded very nicely and move easily with the beautiful hardware. They feel so soft to hold, not like some totes that have stiff handles. It feels very solid and opens up easily to store a ton of stuff and zip it right up.

The company worked very fast to replace a missing shoulder strap.

There are feet on the bottom, so that you don't have to be concerned with setting it down and collecting debris on the bag.
