Pros

It's easy to use and easy to clean. I just use a soapy sponge and in a few seconds it's clean. It is portable and i like having the option of less grease.

Heats up quickly and evenly. This thing is huge and heats up fast. Resting on my small convection oven, its size fits my one person or more needs.

Cons

The second pan is likely a weld problem between the heating coil and the stainless steel prongs. But the durability problem is a dealbreaker :(.

The incorrect insertion of the thermostat can cause the uneven heating. The pan bulges out right on top of the heating element, making it difficult to cook flat food items, such as pancakes. Do not leave unattended.

The fit & finish varies too much and the connector doesn't fit well into the base. There’s no support to keep the sides from tipping. The product seems very cheaply made, it's super light weight and feels very flimsy.
