I eat ezekiel 4:9 bread most of the time and i keep it in the fridge so it takes 2 rounds of toasting on the highest setting, 7, which seems a bit much compared to other toasters. The bagel and defrost settings work great and it toasts even.
The glass window is sealed nicely and easy to see through. The glossiness and rounded edges make it easy to clean. The window is very useful and not just a gimmick.
Cons
Forty bucks every year on a toaster isn't economical. I never herd of this brand befor, i should of know they would not stan up to the long term qualty brands!

The toaster doesn't live up to the billing and needs to go back to the engineers. It is useless.
The glow is so yellow it is hard to judge how brown it is until you take it out. It browns unevenly with big differences between the front and rear browning and top to bottom. Does not cook on a single cycle.

It works perfectly and it was inexpensive.
Setting a reasonable budget for my everyday use toaster, this is the best i have found, and i looked for a long time.
I got my money’s worth out of that toaster.
I bought a mid-priced toaster at a department store, and was disappointed.
Shipping
It took me 2 days to locate a toaster that i wouldn't mind looking at on my counter.
Packaging/appearance
Love how it looks on my counter.
My new toaster arrived well packaged in excellent condition.
One, i love a poop of red in the kitchen so it checked that box for me.
