I was pleased, so far it works well and its very easy to clean. This is what the locals recommended and it's working like a charm. It plugs in easily.

Cons

This popcorn maker is at the bottom end of pricing and sometimes you get what you pay for. The machine also has the feel of something very cheaply made.

The popper expels at least one third or more of the kernels, rather than actually popping them. It shoots out more unpopped kernels than popcorn. Will sling most of the unpoped corn out of the unit.

It takes about 4 to 5 minutes to make eight cups popcorn which is half of what you can make with this unit.

Our popcorn popper took a swan dive and no longer worked.
