It was literally dropped into a box with zero protective bubbles/foam and shipped to me. Gotta drop it off at a ups store myself and wait 3-4 weeks for a replacement. Food takes forever to cook and the settings do not work consistently.

The timer determines when the fryer stops cooking

If you need to stop the time early you have to turn the timer dial to zero

The inside of the basket has a thin tephlon lining and a grated tray on the bottom that is removable
