Cons

No way to seal top-always open. Narrow pitcher when full is heavy and wobbly and the lip of the pitcher tends to slide off the edge of the glass if you aren't especially careful. Lasted 6 months.

Ice tea maker is cheaply made and doesn't work well. This is how my package arrived, not even shipped in an outer box.
