Pros

Plastic for me. It cleans very well and my food does not stick to the trays. Only complaint i can think of is it's a bit noisy. It’s quite, visually pleasing, and dishwasher safe.

Cons

It just blows air now no heat at all,total waste of money. The recipes are incomplete, ending mid sentence. Back to the store that night to return it and buy another brand.
