Pros

Great for breakfast or late at night with ice cream for desert/snack. Well made, great “how to use” and recipe booklet. Over all this was a very good purchase for my money.

Cons

Waffle maker does a lousy job. Not deep-enough surround for overflow. It is now in the garbage, where it belongs.

Seconds can produce a nice light waffle, and then the next one is completely burned at 90 seconds. Uneven temp, and no temp co trip makes it worse. The spatters and then burns.

Cooked waffle is hard to remove, not that it doesn't release when sprayed with pam. But, then it’s impossible to clean without ruining the finish. The plate on this model is not removable, and can only be used with liquid batter.

Hinge was cracked. Used one time and returned for refund. Broke after 3rd waffle.

Don’t use pam or sprays on this, it will ruin the non stick surface.

Non stick spray is mandatory unless you want your waffle to rip in half

I have had several waffle machines, and dash is the best one i have.

I tried a different brand that had removable plates, but i couldn't get them brown enough or crisp enough.
