Pros

Great waffle iron and recipe booklet. Great for breakfast or late at night with ice cream for desert/snack. This grill makes big belgian style waffles. Try a fun stuffed yessadilla with 2 flour tortillas; use your imagination.

The one thing i would change is i wish this wi had a "dinger" or a "click" to let us know our waffles are "done" i have the mini and it does great.

For cleaning, a veggie brush is perfect. Rinse clean using a washcloth dipped in hot clean water. The nonstick griddle lives up to its reliability.

Cons

A bit disgusted, had to throw away. Not deep-enough surround for overflow. Very disappointing, and a waste of money.

The locking mechanism located on the underside of the top lip is too hot to touch so how are you suppose to open it? Also, cooked waffle is hard to remove, not that it doesn't release when sprayed with pam. Returned it; preferring one with removable g... Read More

Hinge was cracked. Used one time and returned for refund. Broke after 3rd waffle.

Really a quality unit i have used it several times already and am very pleased.

So far no issues with the nonstick surface but that's something that can usually change.

If you want restaurant quality waffles at home, this is your tool.

I have never had any trouble with the waffles sticking to the machine.
