Pros

Almost 15 tall and 13 wide -- as wide as a 6 qt. Fryer. Although there are only 3 of us at home we often make large quantities, and this one is just the right size. It's worth every inch of space it uses.

Cons

Power cord is plugged in, other appliances on the outlet work, so its not the outlet. The timer cannot be readjusted once set. You have to let the timer just run down.

East break frying basket and terrible customer service. Bad quality nonstick comes out basket breaks easy. The bottom contains 400 degree drippings. I have accidentally hit in numerous times & the inner basket drops out and falls to the ground alo... Read More

Would love a refund after babying this thing. It falls under the 1 year warranty. People accept itthen buy the newest more expensive model.
