Pros

This is my first air fryer, so i don't have much experience to speak of, but so far we absolutely love this machine. Worth every penny. Very simple to use, with easy to read dials. Two complaints though.

Really big for a countertop appliance. It holds about 18 chicken wings all flat on the basket. Although the wattage is rated as less, this thing is more crazy hot than i could want.

Cons

The bottom of the drawer has larger circular spots of coating missing. Contacted manufacturer with no help due to out of 1 year warranty. No way to repair that latch so it is just a dangerous item.

Food was either unevenly cooked or not cooked at all. The bottom contains 400 degree drippings. This is the only reason i can thing for the uneven cook. If i want ant thing cooked it must be all the way on 400°.

The design of the frying basket and oil container is not durable. There is a pedestal that seems to keep the basket off the bottom of the drip pan, but the screw that holds that pedestal in place allows for grease to escape. East east has terrible cus... Read More

First unit lasted many years before the basket became unmanageable with flaked coating.

I cooked a mixed vegie dinner in it and it took nearly an hour where my older one was about 45 minutes max.

I purchased this at the lowest price in a while…and today it’s even cheaper!
