Pros

Love the convenience and ease of use. Easy cleanup non stick baskets and pre programmed settings. Comes with recipes.

The size makes enough for two people. It's compact enough to fit under the counter and makes things toasty. This is a great size for a small kitchen.

My son loves how quickly and crisply it makes his fries and pizza bites. Fastest thing to make is chicken nuggets.

Cons

Product performs well but is hindered by shoddy quality. Overall construction seems cheap, so don't drop it!

It's obnoxious that dash thinks i don't actually know when i want my food to finish. My big complaint is that the basket has started to rust. Too much wasted food.

Not going to recommend to anyone. Only last 8 months. Do not buy this product or from this brand.
