It either boils or it's off, no matter where the dial is. It heats water fast, but that's about it. When you try to cook on low, you have to keep turning it toward boiling for it to work. It boils in some spaces but not all spaces.
The metal gets scorched and even after scrubbing with. A long scrubby to scrub out the bottom of it, the material the hot plate is made of is not easy to clean.

The stain doesnt diminish the use of the hot pot but rather it gives a dirty unclean look to the appliance

I’m actually trying to make mac and cheese in it right now and it’s dripping profusely out of the little grates at the bottom of it it’s actually soaked almost entirely through a dozen sheets of paper towel that i put underneath it

My one compliant is the cord i believe it was even advertised as detachable its not but not a big deal however they should move it 180 degrees from where it is currently attached which is directly under the handle even just 90 degrees to the back would be a big improvement as it is now i find i have to essentially wrap it around the cooker to be able to plug it in the only other worse spot they could have picked would have been directly in front of the unit
