Pros

Easy to wipe clean with a moist paper towel when warm. Cooking spray isn’t necessary for preventing sticking; but, it does enhance browning. Cleaning is a bit of hassle, so it's easier to wipe it all down when it's still hot.

Make a bunch ahead of time, placing the in the fridge, then reheating as desired. This makes perfect pancakes albeit o e at a time. The cooking surfaces are fine for sandwiches and patties.

This 8 inch is perfect! Keeper for sure. A definite keeper.

Cons

It gets so hot over the coil that food will burn on that spot. Bread burns before the cheese has a chance to melt.

The original dash is wonderful, this one is like a cheap knock off. This bothers me a lot, as i do not want to be ingesting that stuff. It's a health hazard.

My favorite place to go was ihop until they increased their 5 stack prices to $13.

I was actually shopping for the 4 inch but found this for a slightly higher price and decided to give it a try.
