Pros
It wipes clean and is sooo easy to use. It is super convenient. Very versatile. One issue is that the part on the lid with the handle is a little hard to clean.
This lil rice cooker is awesome. It's small and compact. Good brown rice.
Dash has a winner here. The portion sizes are perfect for two people. Just the right size for 2 people (or 1 person with leftovers).
This was gifted to me almost two years ago. It makes rice perfectly after 2 years.
Cons
Amazon needs a section of products that are exclusively not made in china. Aside from being a fire hazard that would've run until the contents were ablaze, it looks like a toy, but with less safety features. Do not recommend.
After about 3 uses it just decided to overflow onto my counter every single time i used it. It barely stands taller than a coffee mug. If you put even the smallest bit of pressure on the front or back, it topples.
I believe the plate was faulty and overheated. Ended up with extremely soggy mushy rice that's crusted on the bottom. The cooler heater up increasingly hot in one spot in the back and started to emit a burning smell.

Ive had multiple people show me how and tell me its so easy to cook rice in a regular pot but we clearly have different definitionns of 34easy34 or i just have some secret skill that makes me fail at cooking rice in a pot

I resorted to the boilinabag kind of rice because that was the only way i could get it cooked properly without it burnt to the bottom and crunchy and the mushy in other spots

I followed their instructions and filled their measuring cup with rice up to the line added it to the pot with some salt and then filled their measuring cup all the way with water dumped it in and pressed the 34cook34 button
