Pros & Cons
Pros
They cook evenly and wash up very easily by hand. They are of a similar quality to our copper chef pans. The bottom of the pans say they are oven safe up to 400 degrees, but they recommend not putting them in the dishwasher.
Although these are a bit pricey, it is absolutely worth it! I do like the ceramic feel to them and the lite weight feel is great. My wife is a big fan of the dash color scheme, which is why we have so many dash products in our kitchen.

Before cooking we either use a little bit of butter or a drop of oil and spread it around the pan instead of using the nonstick spray

I try to watch what i eat so this was a little bit concerning because i didnt want to add extra calories but a dimesized drop of oil and a paper towel that rubs it around does the trick
