Pros

It heats up fast, has decent temperature control, and it's big enough to cook a meal for six without using a lot of other pots or pans. It is great for frying because of the deep sides. I also isi also use it to accidentally poach chicken.

Someone is using a european ruler or something & i don't have a tape measure; it still defies logic, but who cares.

Cons

But now it's unusable. Was over charged. Emailed them. The power unit lights up but no heat arrives until you prop the power unit upward.

Very disappointed in this product. This product *! Do not recommend. This product is junk.

Failed to seer my steak. Qc at the dash factory must be lax. Why they included a recipe booklet escapes me.

The plastic is inflexible at room temperature. The glass lid is very thin and rather sharp. Everytime i touch it something breaks like my lid is losing pieces.

The connection was not good, tried it again, and one of the prongs was burnt out and fell out of the pan.

One of the lids shattered the first time it was used.
