Pros
The glass window is sealed nicely and easy to see through. It is incredibly easy for my 87 yr old mother to use. Glass is easy to take out and put back on for cleaning.
I like toasty carbs. I enjoy the glow through the toaster window as it toasts. Being able to see the bread as it is toasted is very handy.
Longer and narrower than other two-slice toasters. Big bagels fit, no problem. Slot is wide enough for bagels, supermarket ciabatta rolls, turano french rolls.
Cons
Rye bread was never toasted completely around the edges. It browns unevenly with big differences between the front and rear browning and top to bottom. Doesn't toast evenly on both sides, usually have to flip it around.
The toaster bounces back so hard that if something light is in it, it throws it out of the toaster. The fit and finish are poor the * are clumsy and the toast lever feels cheap. Forty bucks every year on a toaster isn't economical.

It works perfectly and it was inexpensive.
Setting a reasonable budget for my everyday use toaster, this is the best i have found, and i looked for a long time.
I got my money’s worth out of that toaster.
I bought a mid-priced toaster at a department store, and was disappointed.

It took me 2 days to locate a toaster that i wouldn't mind looking at on my counter.
Packaging/appearance
Love how it looks on my counter.
My new toaster arrived well packaged in excellent condition.
One, i love a poop of red in the kitchen so it checked that box for me.
