Right now it is completely useless. Nothing works as advertised. Also there is no sound whatsoever that alerts you that the eggs are done!
This egg cooker under severly cooks. The bottom heating pan gets egg cooked on it, i have to scrub it with abrasive powder.
Soft and medium settings render inedible eggs. Increasing the cook-time by adding water resulted in unevenly cooked eggs. Half my family want soft eggs, the other half hard boiled.
