Auto shut off feature with music to remind you that the eggs are ready to eat. White film on the heating tray after using it is normal. I'm autistic so i'm really sensitive to noise, and my roommates have 3 small kids, so the noise is a problem.

This is one of those where has this little gem been all my life products. It was delivered by my door at 4:00 am this morning. Would definitely recommend.
It is really easy to use and eggs are at the right softness that we liked. Less mess, for sure. This machine is great for my needs. Soooo easy to used. The stainless steel cover looks modern and worth the purchase.
Top with shredded cheddar or mexican cheese blend. The kids are able to make their own scrambled egg.
Cons
The poaching tray and the omelette bowl should not be placed directly on the heating plat. Pouched eggs are always undercooked, and the hard boiled eggs are impossible to peal. Poaching slightly too small for standard usda large.
The chimes keep going until the unit is unplugged. Then the alarm goes off. Ran the timer twice.
