One day i hope to find one that disassembles for cleaning but also so you can sharpen the blade. The instruction booklet could be clearer on how to use the product.

This is a safer alternative to mandolin that requires moving fruit back & forth over the blade. Don't throw out your old mandolin just yet. The mandoline slicer is robust, and the blades are sharp and durable.

Made of flimsy plastic. Cut product shoots out of the top, center and bottom. I wound up using the point of a steak knife to scrape out these pieces.

Does not dice at all. Ran pieces through several times after rotating 1 knob and still no dicing.
