Its a great value for the price and it performs just like we hoped.

Packaging/appearance

This is the 2nd item i've received with inadequate packaging.

The only problem i have is that the box was destroyed, but the item was fine.

Competitiveness

I recently tried replacing my old but trustworthy westbend popcorn maker with a new westbend.

I tested different types of oil and popcorn on the westbend(s) and i’m confident those weren’t causing the problem.

Bought this based on the reviews after dropping our previous popper (different brand) and breaking it (oops!
