Pros

Very pleased with the quality and durability. I really like the ones with a drawer-- they are easy to clean. It stores easily, and the handle makes lifting out of a higher shelf easy.

This one heats up fast and sits perfectly in my kitchen nook. Reheating leftovers is a snap as well. I like the little standoff plate that fits in the bottom and keeps your food out of any grease.

Perfect size for 7 mozzarella sticks. I'm single and wanted a small fryer thats simple to operate. The ease of use can't be beat.

Cons

A huge aggravation for me is having a hot basket to deal with. Holding the basket whilst attempting remove its contents. It's confusing to use at first, and always made a weird smell.

Months in it started making a rattling noise when one. Fast forward 2 short months and the non stick is comming off all over the place. Durability is none. Bad shipping and handling with amazon.

It works well, it's compact (perfect for 1) and is priced right.

For a very inexpensive air fryer, it does the job as advertised.

No big deal just mail out of few tiny silicone tabs and keep customers happy.
