One tablespoon is 70 calories, so don't go mad with the pump action. One squirt is the best for a regular size coffee. The grandkids and i like it on ice cream.

Hazelnut sugar water is not particularly flavorful. It's not like drinking a hazelnut-blended or flavored coffee. Heavy water dilutes the coffee flavor.

Natural flavor is at the bottom of the list well below even the preservative and perhaps brown sugar for coloring. No mention of it in the ingredients. The flavor is just really synthetic to me, and it has a yucky, off aftertaste.
