I found 2 pieces, one of the side rails and the headboard with serious cracks.

Price

This is a really great crib (especially for the price!

Overall, i would recommend this crib, especially for the price!

Shipping

Though we had some small concerns with a few pieces, the company quickly sent us replacement parts and it's perfect now.

I contacted amazon which referred me to the manufacturer and they were kind enough to send me the replacement parts within a week's time.

We received the crib quickly and we assembled it in a day.

However it is just too big and heavy to ship via ups.

Packaging/appearance

Looks good, and was well protected in the box.

The 1st one we got came in a box that was practically destroyed.

Good thing my wife convinced me to open the package and inspect every piece before the return policy expired.

There was a damaged piece in the box (not due to shipping).

Competitiveness

I went to a number of stores to try to see this crib in person to check wood finish and quality but couldn't find it in any showrooms.
