Assembly was very straightforward - just takes some knowledge of hex keys. The only additional thing you need is a phillips head screwdriver.

Cons

I'm due in almost a month, so we didn't have the option of ordering another replacement. The conversion to a full is misleading and won’t fit the crib set up.

This products is really cheaply made. The perceived deception from the manufacturer does not sit well. Extremely dissatisfied with product.
