It's super easy to assemble and disassemble. Easy setup, looks great for the price. Very easy to assembled and convert.
Cons
This crib has been recalled. If it can't handle shipping, i highly doubt it can handle a child.

The holes in the legs of the crib have metal inserts for the casters which stick out about 18 inch and would no doubt leave my wood floors severely scratched

I was able to pull the inserts out with a pair of locking pliers failed attempt using simple needle nose pliers took a little bit of force
