Pros

I love that the ottoman is stationary and doesn't glide with the chair. It gives leverage to rock with. The other thing i don't love is how straight up i feel when sitting in it.

It is so quiet and glides so smoothly. The rock and swivel are so smooth. She even climbs up in it now and rocks herself.

How it support my body lessens the overall difficulty i har supporting myself and my daughter in positions while nursing. The lumbar pillow is helpful too. The pillow is great for back support or arm support when feeding or rocking.

The chair supports my low back and i could easily fall in it. My husband is quite fussy about chairs but he loved this one especially given how smooth and comfortable it is for his height.

Cons

Each glide produces a loud, high-pitched squeak that quickly drives you nuts. If there is any sort of weight on the back of the chair, the squeak gets louder. There is no way this rocker is considered cream.

Part of what really frustrates me is the company does not stand behind their product. I am willing to pay more for a more quality product with a company that guarantee costumer satisfaction. Disappointed in the basic functionality.

Within six months of owning it, i've encountered two serious defects. It is so hard/stiff and my neck doesn't get any support. The ottoman hasn't helped--it's so lightweight that it pushes away from the chair.

Tried to contact company for a refund since i cannot return the chair via amazon anymore. Worst part is i can't get a response from seller to return/exchange for another larger chair. His legs have to hang off the sides of the chair!
