The creme color is a bit more of a beige but it works pretty well and will probably hold up to stains better. I love that the ottoman is stationary and doesn't glide with the chair. Fabric cleans easily with a damp cloth.

It rocks and swivels smoothly and silently, with no squeaking. It is so quiet and glides so smoothly. Rock and glide features are smooth.

It's perfect for nursing for feeding because it's not oversized. It is perfect for a smaller nursery!

I am willing to pay more for a more quality product with a company that guarantee costumer satisfaction. Part of what really frustrates me is the company does not stand behind their product. Disappointed in the basic functionality.

This chair is very comfortable and attractive, but within six months of owning it, i've encountered two serious defects. It's so bad that when i looked under the chair i see that it looks like it’s falling apart. Do not buy this chair.

The seat is not much wider than my hips and is very snug for my husband. The headrest is too short to use unless we are slouching in the chair. The ottoman seems lightweight and flimsy.

I'm really short, 5'1, and it's just awkward and uncomfortable for me. The support pillow is trash, we never use it.
