Pros
It is so quiet and glides so smoothly. Rock and glide features are smooth. The lumbar pillow is helpful too.
I appreciate the ottoman, which lets me kick back when i need to. I also like that the many drips and spills that inevitably happened on this chair haven’t left any stains, and have been easy to clean up. I love how petite this chair is!
The creme color is a bit more of a beige. Fabric cleans easily with a damp cloth.
Cons
Each glide produces a loud, high-pitched squeak that quickly drives you nuts. The chair makes a horrible loud squeaking noise and it’s grinding together when you try to rock in it.
Buyer beware. This is totally unacceptable for a $300 purchase. I am willing to pay more for a more quality product with a company that guarantee costumer satisfaction.

We just couldnt justify spending that much for something we might not use for more than a year or two so we found this chair based on some online reviews
