Update- vendor is great to work with and helped me with the exchange (amazon was not helpful) and i received my new machine yesterday.
I loved this when it first arrived and worked great for a few weeks.

It's so fancy compared my other 1 but my bread turns out just as good or even better.

When measuring white flour i first add flaxseed meal then white flour to the amount recommended

We couldnt tell the different in texture from that which you buy at the store
