For starters, this is a nice lamp for the price.

Their customer service was prompt, polite, and better than i expected.
I contacted the carrier and let them know what had happened, and they promised to get back with me within 48 hours.
However, within 48 hours of my e-mail to them, i received an alert they were sending me another lamp.
Onto their customer service: i was home with the front door open when i was alerted that my order had been delivered.

It is essentially black, but we were not concerned with decor.
