Pros
Steam wand makes great tasting coffee (and espressos) very quickly. I absolutely love the frothing wand. Add your milk, heats and froth is added depending on your drink choice.
It's amazingly easy to use and to switch back and forth to. Making coffee is simple and can even be preprogrammed. Offer a qr code with a video demo link or type out url.
The de'longhi can brew coffee and espresso at the same time. Comes with a ten cup carafe. Both drinks can be brewed in the same pot.
Overall quality of the machine is great except few exceptions like tamper and portafiler feels cheap and they should have been made better. The portafilter is stainless steel. Sleek looking stainless steel looks fabulous on the counter top.
Cons
The tamper it comes with is soooo cheap. Terrible customer support through amazon.

It’s very small and a little bit difficult to handle but i’m gonna get used to it.
I purchased the extra warranty in case anything happens, but so far, we are very happy with it.
